Strategy grounded in real operations.
Troy brings more than 20 years of leadership across supply chain, quality, healthcare administration, regulated operations, workforce development, and organizational performance.
With a Master of Healthcare Administration and doctoral study in Strategic Innovation, she combines executive-level systems thinking with practical implementation. Valhar exists to give small businesses and nonprofits access to that same discipline—without the overhead of a large consulting firm.
